Day 0.... *Before pix*

I figured that if I had some cheerleaders it would help me stay focused. I am ready for a big change.

I am starting out in a size 10. My hips are about 40 inches. My waist about 36 inches (I crudely measured because I don't have a measuring tape, yet). I weigh about 150 (probably more). My scale broke, but I'm going to get a new one so I can track my progress. Also, I'm only 5'2.

1.) you look great already, but good for you for trying to improve yourself.

2.) don't replace your scale. Seriously. You'll become obsessed with the number on the scale. Use your body as your guide. Use a pair of jeans to gauge your weight loss.

I second all of this. Don't replace your scale.

Good luck! I agree don't worry about the scale. If anything replace the measuring tape instead.

Use inches not weight. you are already thin enough that you will probably gain weight with muscle mass. You dont have enough fat to lose to offset the gain. Get a good tape measure, and have someone else tape you. Take weekly pics. Good luck. :)

Good luck!!! I just finished day 4 of insanity!! My pants already are a tad bit looser. No joke. You can do it!! Don't ever give up! I dread everyday of insanity but I am always very happy when I complete it. It's a mini goal and it feels good to reach a goal every day.
