Gluten free

I'm going gluten free for 60 days....I've been researching gluten free living and I'm shocked at what studies have revealed avoid gluten. Anyone else gluten free?

I try.
If I eat too much stuff with gluten in it, it irritates my eczema.

I did however live gluten free when I lived with my ex. His mother has celiac and so she never had anything with gluten in the house.

Have you noticed anything substantial since omitting gluten?

Yes. I have ibs. When I eat a lot of gluten its not pretty. Lmao.

Well, I rarely get eczema break outs anymore....other than that, not really.

I eat gluten free every time I visit my bff (she lives in another state so when I visit her it's for at least a weekend, usually a week) because she has celiac disease. It's never made a bit of difference for me.

We don't have a choice. My wife has a gluten allergy.
