I have blonde highlights and i like them. I think it brightens my face to have some blonde but I can't afford to keep up with roots since my dd's birth. I can't stand looking in the mirrror and seeing roots and taking 2 kids to the beauty shop for hours is not fun plus it is too much for me to spend right now. So should i just go get brown hair dye and dye it at home so my roots don't show up so much? Any advice?

if your not wanting to sit in a beauty shop right now yes you could do the brown for now until you have time to get it done with out the kids. or you could do a darker blond for your hair and color it at home you might end up with different color high lights form coloring it.

They actually have this root coloring system. I think its by Clairol but it comes with a small blue rake looking thing in order to focus the color to the roots only
