I can't stand the show, I can't stand the family. Its a disgrace to Southern Mothers EVERYWHERE.

I lived in the south for years, and I feel like it's a pretty accurate representation...lol.

The show is funny and I live in Ga but don't take it personally. There are fat trashy people up north too, just with different accents. -
I agree. I'm from GA and this show is embarrassing. It makes pageants look bad as well. Then again, I think if a child needs a bunch of fake hair and an inch thick make-up applied....there isn't any "beauty" there. -

Nah. Her family is not a representation of the south. They are only a representation of themselves. Do I think they are insane? Sure. But their presence has no baring on me as a southern mama. :)
