So... I just wiped this and about 5 more just like it. I rarely have periods but when I do I've never had anything this bad. Small clots...sure. But not huge chunks. I take pregnancy tests at the first of every month since I don't have period. I like to make sure I'm not doing anything questionable to my body if I do by chance become pregnant. The test on the first of this month was negative. But... Is it possible I've miscarried?? I've been having horrible cramps all day.

You need to go to your obgyn. It can also mean ovarian cysts,i'm going in this Friday for ultrasound to see how bad mine are and if they can schedule the surgery to remove the cysts at the same time as having my tubes tied or if I will just need to have a complete hystorectomy. I'm 42 and finished having children so I told them I rather a full hystorectomy.

Compared to my period, those are small clots.  I pass clots the size of golf balls & bigger.  Gag.

Bc causes blood clots. That's why they recommend not smoking, it increases that risk.
