Photo shop your first ultrasound--"Coming Soon To A Womb Near You" only cross out the coming soon part. and put "Now Playing"

I was going to suggest the same. I saw one posted where the girl was holding a sign that said "I'm going to be a big sister". It was super cute. I saw another where it was a picture of the couple/family and a sign pointing to the moms belly but I can't remember what it said. -
Any Anne Geddes picture with a baby in it would be cute. -
Some that we've done:
DD wearing a big sister shirt
A pair of booties and a status that read "we are expanding by 2 feet"
you could also do a pumpkin family. Paint mommy on 1, daddy on 1, your 1st kids name on 1, and then have 1 that says baby #2

I let my sister post the first ultrasound of her newest neice or nephew. then answer all the questions that were asked... she was a PROUD TIA!

Line up your families shoes/boots and add a pair of booties.
