Hi I recently started the hcg diet and wanted to know how its worked for others? i got mine from walmart and not sure if it will work since its not hcg potent. Also has anybody recently started it would be nice to have somebody doing the diet with me and exchanging info.I've tried it before but i cheated and ate everything and anything. so im trying to stay on it this time. I would like to look decent for my birthday.

Is that the 500 calorie a day diet? -
i was on the real stuff for a week. Until I cried because I couldn't eat a carrot stick my son had. It just isn't for me.

This is the 500 calorie diet. I got told to up it to 800 but ive been following the 500.

It's a load of shit. Eating 500 cal a day will make you loose weight you don't need HCG. But you will gain it all back.

it doesn't work. My dad has been on it for over a year now off and on. He always gains everything back.

I dont know anything about this diet but 500 calories a day is a dangerously low amount. Not at all healthy.

My cousin did it. She lost 60lbs and has kept it off. I dont know a ton about it tho.
