Honestly its not super healthy but sooo easy. All you need is potatoes & vegetable oil & a skillet.
Usually I peel up to 6 potatoes so SO and I can both have a good amount. (You may need 2 skillets depending on the size of your first one.)
Then cut the potatoes into slices, and cut the slices into thirds.
Put about 5 tablespoons vegetable oil in the skillet and let it get hot before adding the potatoes.
    Add the potatoes.
Season with pepper, onion salt, and garlic salt.
CONSTANTLY stir the potatoes, making sure they dont stick to the pan.
    Continue cooking until crispy/golden brown.

They're delicious!! One of my favorite things to make!
