Nope. Costs keep rising, wimpo has done *nothing* about the ridiculous price of gas, we are forced to pay even more for health care that we can't afford to use because we still have to pay on top of that for services others get for free because OUR money is going to pay for THEIR medical needs, need I go on? Maybe I should have blown off school and had five or six kids by different dads so I could live off the "guvmint" too. I resent being forced to provide other people's livings for them. Their poor choices in life should not be made my problem. I'm all for helping people who truly need it but I'm damned tired of supporting the leeches of society.

My dh and I both teach. We had to deal with Govenor Haley Barber and his need to keep Mississippi uneducated. So, no we are not. I blame Mississippi government though.

It's amazing how becoming a mother can change a person :)

Yes. But it is what I expected would happen... My hubby is the only one working and is in the military so not much to change other than getting promoted and deployed.

Yes! In the past 4 years, my husband has moved up several times in his job. We have purchased our first home. I have become a sahm. We do not receive assistance of any form. Never have. We do well!!
