to the courts, about how 'good' a mom is, in order for her to get her kids back- to get them back to your home country?

my mom and sister are in another country... the country basically took my sister from my mom for various reasons.
the courts are going to call me on the 24th, to ask me questions... such as "is she a good mom?" IMO- she's not. she's a shitty mom... but i want my sister back here b/c where she's at (the foster family) has treated her like SHIT; shoes with holes in them, clothes too big or too small, telling her she's fat- STILL (she was 52 lbs when she went in in Feb... she's down to about 30 lbs now), etc.
