My daughter who is 4 kept digging at her butt .I guess she had an itch.my husband (her dad) grabbed her buttcheecks in a playfull way and said "is your butt itchin" does that sound weird for him to have done that? There was also a time when she was potty training and she kept peeing her pants.so my husband put his hands between her legs and pushed up on her wet diaper so she could feel the wetness.I thought that was a bit too much so I asked him not to do that again.he hasn't.are these things odd to anyonr els?

I think you have a problem for turning that into a possibly sexual thing. I mean if thats all he's ever done, no biggie
