Raising Special Needs Kids
....this morning a 7 year old boy was accused of robbery for stealing $5, interrogated for 10 hrs, and handcuffed by NYPD. The real boy came out and confessed he did it. Now mom is sueing for $250 mill. I would be in rage too!!!!! Your thoughts on this??

That is just over the top. A 7 year old should not be interrogated for 10 hours, especially not for something like stealing $5. I think people sue for some pretty ridiculous things sometimes, but this I think I agree with. That poor little boy!

I feel awful for that boy and I admit, I would be sueing too (cuz honestly, nothing gets a point across liek hitting their pocketbooks), but 260mil is way extreme!

I heard of this already and as much as I don't agree with it. I am not a jump to the sue type of person. I would be livid about my son being talked to without me being there.
