I believe that teachers who don't have patient for children with a disability shouldn't be teaching those type of children.

I agree. And I would hope that teachers figure out that their temperaments/personalities aren't suited to one type of student long before they ever get to teaching.

Absolutely. I also think that providing teachers with training in how to understand and work with special needs children is important because many of them just have to wing it.

I agree, but sometimes teachers have children with special needs put in their classroom even if they aren't trained in how to teach them
