I have a 3 year old daughter and need some ideas on what to do with her i'll only have $79.00 on me come next weekend i'd love to take her to a museum in another city but i don't drive help......

It's winter there's barely any snow if there was i'd take her sledding lol i could try ice skating she likes to skate

indoor picnics--this idea was just posted in here not too long ago.
You could do a tea party with her.
take her to a movie store and let her pick out a couple movies to rent, make some snacks and have a movie day just you and her.
