A zumba class tomorrow. Im excited but nervous. I dont want to be the only fat kid huffing and puffing...:(

    Fun!  One of my online BFFs and her husband are Zumba instructors.  It's so much fun :)

    Absolutely. When you're in the lower zones 1-3, your body is primarily burning stored fats. But when you get into zones 4-5, you're burning sugars, carbs and muscle. It's ok to spend a few mins at a time in the higher zones for building cardio endurance... But for weight loss you've got to bring it back down to the lower zones.
