I've worked out with Jillian seven days. I took Saturday off with the intention of biking but we needed up going to a fall festival and walking a bunch. Then Sunday I hiked all morning instead. Monday I just didn't do it. I probably won't tomorrow because I have to be to work an hour and a half earlier. But Saturday I plan to bike a good 15-20 miles. I hope I can pull it off. Then Sunday I hope to go canoeing. Monday is a pumpkin patch but I may still workout. I think I figured out my fruit smoothies are a few calories more then my workout but it's got good stuff in it. Fruit, honey, Greek yogurt, orange juice, and a flax/oat/almond powder. I've been watching proportions an I guess I've lost about three pounds since I started. I have snacks at work but while I have them limited to a serving, maybe they are still too much. Not sure. I suppose it's pretty early in my process so I'll just keep chugging along.
