One of those things (like potato salad) where everyone has a different favorite.
How do you make your deviled eggs? Do you want them more "mustard-y" or more "sweet"?
I know it's not exactly the time of year people are making them, but I could eat them every day.

My mom's are my favorite. I make a pretty damn close replica of hers but it's still not perfected. There is no exact recipe for it though it's a taste as you go until you reach the right taste and texture.

I make them but don't eat them.
Mine have egg yoks, yellow mustard, vinegar and mayo in the. I put paprika on the top.
