I always feel tired. I take a multivitam and exercise regularly. Any other suggestions on how I could not make myself tired? :) Oh and I even have a nap on some days in car pick up line. We're always on the go too so that don't help.

Fatigue is a very common symptom of a nutritional deficiency of some kind. If your multivitamin were any good, you would not feel tired no matter how many children you have, what your work schedule is like etc. I would not supplement with any specific nutrients until I covered all the basic needs your body has.Vitamins that you get from Walmart, grocery store, even some health food stores, do you absolutely no good and may even do more harm because they are not real.
