How do you keep the stress in your life to a minimum?

     Making sure I'm getting exercise, even if just taking a walk helps relieve stress. Not taking on more than I can do is important to me.

    Talk with my son who makes me laugh

    listen to music and dance, also prayer helps me

    I try to eliminate the negative in my life and do what makes me happy. I'm trying to keep reminding myself to juat slow down and enjoy life one day at a time.

    I do things that make me feel good like activities for my youngest dd who is special needs(pdd,mood disorder,learning disorders),support group activties,talk to friends from Church or upport groups Im in.

    I also see a therapist, it helps to just let it all out to a non objective stranger.
