We often have pizza on Friday nights, but I'd be interested in something else!

    You know I make my own ranch dressing...I spread a little in the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan, then laid 2 lb. of tilapia fillets in the pan.  Cover the fillets with 2/3 to 3/4 c. more of the ranch dressing, then sprinkle with 1/4 to 1/3 c. parmesan cheese.  Bake at 425°F for 15 to 20 minutes until the fish is cooked through.
