Seasonal Cranberry Tea

  • INGREDIENTS:
    3.5 quarts water
    1 package cranberries
    1-2 cups brown sugar (depending how sweet you like it)
    2 oranges juiced

    2 lemons juices
    2 whole cloves
    2 cinnamon sticks 

    DIRECTIONS:
    In a large pot, combine water and cranberries. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 30 minutes. Add sugar, orange juice, lemon juice, cloves and cinnamon sticks. Cover, and steep for 1 hour. Strain out cooked cranberries and serve the warm tea.
