    TWO HOURS of cutting and stacking wood is enough for me today!  I'm sweating, I KNOW my heart rate was elevated, and my delts & biceps ache.

    Hello All,

    I am new to CM, and am in desperate need of some motivation to start a work out program... big smile mini what gets you all motivated and keeps you motivated??? any advice will help!! thanks All!!
