Ok....I did 900 calories on the elliptical and will never do it again. Ever. That's an hour and a half. Talk about toe trauma.
I did it last night.

I did my 3 mile walk this morning.

I burned 570 calories on the elliptical and literally sweat my ass off in the sauna.
