I have an entire library of yoga, pilates, walking at home, kickboxing, jillian michaels and bob harper workout videos. I just rotate what I do with how my mood strikes me. I try to workout 5 days a week. At least that's my goal for now.
Sometimes I do a workout from youtube or hulu.com. Just depends.

Walked around Montezuma Castle and then went to Montezuma Well in AZ. Also did 20 sit-ups. Montezuma Castle is a 1/3 mile trail and Montezuma Well is 1/2 mile walk. Took about an hour to complete Montezuma Well walk.

I'm going to start exercising 7 days a week and when I get around to going to the grocery store will be buying a bag of oranges and a bag of carrots with a thing of ranch dressing to eat as snacks.

I powerwalk and walk and walk alot and I love lifting small weights for definition in my arms and I love leg lifts from time to time and the Politis Bands are great for cardio vascular conditioning and for firming up the legs and the arms and for strenthening the muscles....I love them.....I also enjoy the thighmaster for upper and lower intense workouts that give firmness as you continue to do them about fifty times each..good workouts and easy.
