I'm not a napper at all, but today I'm exhausted. Dh and I went out last night for his company event for the first time since ds was born (14 months).. We took full advantage, had a few drinks, stayed out late, etc. I don't feel sick today or anything, I just feel like I need more sleep today. How do you unwind to take a nap? Every time I try to I just lay there thinking of laundry and picking up ds's toys, vacuuming etc. any ideas??
