    No I should though. In the summer we walk about 5 times a week around our park.

    I'm so happy to see a new person so active in the group! =)

    I joined ATC Fitness a month ago. It's going kinda slow but I like going so far.

    Thank you so much, I love this group!! I exercise about 4 times a week doing zumba and insanity I achieved my weightloss goal now im just maintaining my weight....I just ordered turbo fire I heard it was pretty good!

    I have a few Zumba videos pinned in Pinterest but I'm so out of shape I'm afraid to even start something like that.

    Lately I haven't been because I sprained my ankle doing the insanity workout. But normally I workout 4-5 days a week. Mostly running. I need to run for my sanity!
