If this is your first child, your body will change alot, your appetite may increase/decrease. There 's a lot of small minor things but hopefully nothing major happens! CONGRATS!
Welcome and congrats. I would Highly recommend getting the book, What to expect when you're expecting. http://www.amazon.com/What-Expect-Youre-Expecting-Edition/dp/0761148574/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1360587376&sr=8-1&keywords=what+to+expect+when+you%27re+expecting you can get a used one for a buck.
Then buy this one for another buck http://www.amazon.com/What-Expect-First-Second-Edition/dp/0761152121/ref=pd_sim_b_6
Lifesavers!!! Both of them.

Congrats!!! Talk to your dr. and maybe ask a nurse to sit down with you sometime so you can ask some questions. Everybody is different.
