has anyone here missed their period and had a negative pregnancy test but was actually pregnant?

This. Every pregnancy is different, including hormone levels to show up on a test.

Yup that happened to me with my first pregnancy. I took four urine tests. Two came out neg and the other two came out poss. I was so confused so i took a blood test and an altrasound done.... I was preg. -
Yup, I took two, one two weeks past my missed period and it was negative, one a week later that was positive -
Yes I didn't have enough of the hcg hormone for a pregnancy test to pick up that I really was pregnant same thing happend to my sister...wait a few days then re test
