Birthday Issues!! Somebody help..

My son will be 3 on Friday and we are just having a small family get together at our house. Only problem, moneys really tight right now and I have enough for the staples..Example: Food, cake and presents..I want to decorate but only have a few extra dollars to spend..Anyone have any ideas?..

Dollar store! Get streamers and balloons there and also you could pick up some dollar cars and make a cake and use the small toys on the top of the cake.

Aww thanks a bunch. I'm sure I can pull something together out of streamers and balloons!!! Lets just hope ds likes it!!
