i heard/read that a mother took her 2/3 yr old son to get a real tattoo!!!

Is that true?? Did anybody else hear that? It was on twitter they showed a video. The mother was freaking laughing at him while the Baby was crying out of torture pain!!! I was pissed when i read this.! What would u say to this mother??

Unfortunately it's not illegal where the child lives. :(

Poor child has to suffer. You know what some mothers/fathers don't deserve to be parents!
