Does your older child (5-6yo) still use a spill proof cup or regular cup?

My youngest is 6 and knows how to drink from a regular cup but I still use a spill proof cup especially for travel.

my kids used reg cups starting at the age of 15 months or so i would say. when we went out they would use those, no sippys.. but we did use straw cups for my DS only because he is ASD and has low muscle tone.

My youngest uses hers at home but I really like them for travel to try to avoid some spills...

At that age I would hope a regular cup.

at 5 and 6 she was on to regular cups

No my boys 10 use a reg cup n 12 month old uses a sippy cup. -
My girls are 3 and 4 and still use them. Just for my own convenience, I hate cleaning spills.

My son used them to age 4 now at 5 he uses regular cups

If he intends on having a drink in the car, or out of the kitchen then he uses a sippy cup..but even though they are supposed to be spill proof, they most deffinatley are not...all it takes is one good drop on the floor and they leak..

WIC is saying my 1 and a half year old needs to lose the sippy! Pssh, this will happen around 3 for us!
