Absolutely! It does. I tease my husband all the time. I tell him that's why I let him be in top; b/c I care about his health and he's able to burn calories an get his heart rate up. Of course we laugh, but it is true:).

Lighten up and pull that stick out of your bum.

Sound like you talk from experience. ..being one. Pathetic if that true.

    Say what?

Cheating sex burns more calories. All that guilt and worrying really burns the fat.

I don't think so, but my boyfriend does...  LOL  Every time I mention weight loss, he tells me I just need to follow his workout plan!  LOL

    Absolutely!

Calories burned are not over the top

But the muscles used are important ones to overall health and wellbeing.

Well, I can tell you that vigorous sex can make a diabetic person's blood sugar drop, just as exercise can!

I don't think I'd ever call it a workout or anything, but it's certainly activity.

I dont think of it as exercise when I'm doing it. But its more exhausting than any exercising I ever do, so sure I'll count it as my workout ;)
