sex as exercise?

okay so here is a question: would u count sex or any sexual activities away to burn calories?

or would u not even think bout as a way of exercise all.

    Absolutely! It does. I tease my husband all the time. I tell him that's why I let him be in top; b/c I care about his health and he's able to burn calories an get his heart rate up. Of course we laugh, but it is true:).

    I don't think so, but my boyfriend does...  LOL  Every time I mention weight loss, he tells me I just need to follow his workout plan!  LOL

    Calories burned are not over the top

    But the muscles used are important ones to overall health and wellbeing.

    Well, I can tell you that vigorous sex can make a diabetic person's blood sugar drop, just as exercise can!

    I don't think I'd ever call it a workout or anything, but it's certainly activity.

    well, i think if you break a sweat, you're burning calories. so in my case, i sure do count it! ; )

    I dont think of it as exercise when I'm doing it. But its more exhausting than any exercising I ever do, so sure I'll count it as my workout ;)

    I dont do it for exercise but it burns calories, thats just a plus lol
