How Long Did Your First Labor Last?

How long was it from the time you knew you were in labor to the time your baby was out? and how long did you push for?

About 12-14 hours. I was having contractions all day but didn't go to the hospital until late that night. I pushed for 2 and a half hrs and she was born at 515 A.M.

Yep. :) I went into labor on my own at 41 weeks on the dot with #2. I had a great labor and delivery.  The most important thing is to find a doctor or midwife who is very, very pro vbac and not just ''ok'' with them.  Good luck! :)

I was in labor for about 31 hours, and than found out my daughter had swallowed some maconium (sp), and it was causing her heartrate to drop really low and than it would sky rocket. My doctor decided it best to do a emergency c-section since I was only dilated to 7. Total from start of labor till they knocked me out for my emergency c-section was 32 hours.

From per-labour to delivery, about 36 hours. I had about 3 hours of hard labour and pushed for maybe 5 minutes. I had no drugs so I was on the ball with pushing and popped both my girls out in a few pushes.

Went to the hospital for tummy pains at 2pm... I didn't go into true labor until my water broke @ 630pm and my daughter was born @ 7:05pm...

My labor was 3 hours and 42 minutes.  He was my first baby.  It took me an hour to push him out.  He'll be 4 months on the 4.  I wasn't in true labor until my doctor broke my water at 7:29 in the morning and I had my son at 11:12 in the morning.  I dilated way too fast to have any kind of drug which was fine with me, because I didn't want an epidural

36 hours, no epidural or anything... I never got to push I wouldn't dialate past 3 v.v.... ended up getting a c section after all that...

4 hours 59 minutes to be exact. I had dd at 4:29am.
