He's 3 and signs whole sentences!

My oldest son's first sentence was in asl. He said "more blueberries please", he was 14 months old. He still is interested in it, but doesn't remember everything he knew when he was little. He is 5.5 now. My younger boy barely signs, I think its because we don't sign as much around him as we did around my older boy when he was little.
Its a great feeling to see them sign.

asl was my dd's first language also. at 18 months old, her first word/sign was 'fish'.

My two yr old has been using a Baby Signs app on the ipad. He loves it and has learned many words and phrases from it.

Wish I had done this with my kids. I always think it's a good idea to learn other languages.
