We rent a 2300 sq ft house with 3 bed, 2 bath, 2 car garage, huge yard and landscaping service for $1350/month. Smoking deal where we are at =) -
We rent a 4bd/4bt apartment for 1250... but its a bundle type deal where we pay the landlord 1250 and that covers water, electric, cable, internet, garbage, etc. Its pretty convenient

Looks like its pretty even on the rent or own here! I think that for what I have we are paying a bit much but what can ya do! Its the area we pay for. If we are in a better financial position by Fall we hope to look into buying! Wish us luck! I am fed up with apt living! : )
