hi im sick does enyone know what i can or cant take to get better

    What are you sick with?  Are you pregnant?  Breastfeeding?  Turning into a cat?  Too many variables, need more details if this is a serious question.

    im prego 19 week i have a runny nose the back of my head hurts and i throw up everthing i eat but soup im very cold but i dnt have a fever and my throut hurts wen i talk and drink enything

    Could be allergies, a minor cold, the freaky weather changes.  Stay hydrated, try lemon/honey tea for the throat and your stomach, and if this lasts for more than a few days see your doctor.

    i thought i cant drink tea that wat the paper said that my docter gave me but the paper dnt say wat to take wen sick other then dnt take aspin

    Ginger tea was the only thing I could handle with my second dd and my morning sickness.  Some herbal teas are off limits, but black tea with lemon and honey will not harm you.  Those handouts go overboard with restrictions sometimes.

    Cut an onion an half, put it in a jar by your bed when you go to sleep tonight. The onion sucks up grems like a sponge.

    Since you're pregnant I would ask your doctor before taking any medication.
