I really want to introduce my baby to cereal when she hits 3 months only at bed time. i was wondering who else has done this

It's not recommended at all... but it's your kid, your choice. Be sure to discuss this with your pediatrician before you decide to do this. Babies systems really aren't able to properly digest cereal and whatnot until 4-6 months old.

Why??? It is not recommended until a min of 4 months. I skipped rice all together with my 8 month old. Started right with oat meal. But I really did baby led solids and my daughter eats everything -

I added it but because of reflux, not just to add it. It won't really help them sleep through the night if that's why your going to try it. -

I think I waited until 4 with my first and 6 or later with my second. If I were to have another I'd probably even wait until a year before giving solids. Looking back I feel it created stomach problems that could have been avoided. Recommended age is 6 months but like others have said it's your choice.
