My 4 yr old got his mmr,dtp,polio, and chicken pox vaccine yesterday and has a lil fever and acting sickly... is he contagious to be around me and my 3 week old?

Yes, according to the manufacturer insert, the MMR and CP can shed to those in close living quarters. It's unlikely but possible. If you are exclusively breastfeeding, the 3 week old will probably have protection.
