At what age did your lil ones start to talk?

My dd is 3 she started talking before she was even 1, now my ds is turning 2 in jan and he just started talking . I sometimes think that he is alil on the slow side but many tell me that it's normal ,that boy's tend to be alil behind then girl's.

my ds just started saying daddy to the right person last night, but he's been saying mama dada and yaya since he was 11 months, he's 16 months now :) he hasnt put sentences together yet though
