chocolate chip cheesecake recipe help!!! ETA!!

years and years ago my grandmother use to make this chocolate chip cheesecake for my mothers birthday every year, she found it in a news paper in 1987 or 1989 lol, but i can not find the recipe now and it is driving me batty!!! Thanksgiving is my mothers 50th birthday and i would love to make it for her. so... i was wondering if any of you ladies had a recipe for one. i  remember bits and peices of the recipe such as it had a chocolate crumb crust, it called for 4 8oz packeages of creamcheese and you were suppose to leave it in the oven so the top didnt crack lol. 

can anyone help me??

i know this is an odd group to post this in but im posting it in all of my groups lol 

please if you can help great if not bump for me please?? this would mean soooo much to my mom to see this on the table for her birthday cake.
