My first ultrasound with my first born was at 20 weeks and it was my only. It was about dead on if I remember correctly. He was due 12/24 but he was born 12/25.
I had an u/s early with Lexi to make sure I didn't have another molar pregnancy. My lmp put me at 7/7 but the u/s put me at 7/11 so they kept the lmp as a guide. Didn't matter because she was born 6 days early. Lol -
My lmp has me a week ahead. But the first ultrasound is what my doctors are going by as far as due date. I think the first ultrasound is the most accurate on determining your due date because tho it says a certain week and day on the ultrasound there's a formula they use that takes your lmp into consideration before they come up with a due date. My OB explained it and showed it to Me -
If you are positive about your lmp, I would go with last missed period. When you are that far along measurements are far from accurate, babies come in lots of different sizes by that time. In your first trimester measurements are more accurate, but your lmp would be even more so if you have a normal 28-30 day cycle. Oh, I just read you got the first one in your first trimester, yea, around that time they are pretty accurate. Plus or minus six days, though I think they are usually more accurate then that.
