Food Coloring and Bath Time fun

Okay, so with all these idea's around on pinterest with adding food coloring in bath water, etc..has anyone done this? Do your kiddo's come out stained or normal? lmbo. That's the only thing that's holding me back..cause my luck I would put food coloring in the bathtub for Samuel to have fun in and he would come out that color..or is that stupid concern? :P
