How often do you (or did you) get a break from your kiddos?

A break?  What's that?  Can you tell me what this "break" word means?

LOL...Last year, I had a 7 year old in school and a 4 year old home with me.  A DH who works nights as well.  Breaks never happened.  Maddy was ALWAYS with me. 

She starts Pre-K this fall. For 4 hours a day.  Hoping to find just a little part time job to keep me busy! 

DH is off next week and I already told him we WILL have a date night!
