Thinking of how many changes I have seen in my lifetime so far, I started wondering something. What generation was it easier for parent to raise their kids? Is it easier now? Or easier for your parents?

Probably then. There wasn't computers, video games. There wasn't all this stuff we have now that diverts our attention elsewhere instead of focusing on what needs to be focused on.

i think each gen has its own troubles...could you imagine living when healthcare was the guy in a tent 50 miles away?? we face lots of issues now...mostly social..but i am so grateful to live in an age with pretty great access to healthcare and things that can help us make life easier too.

I think parents NOW (not all but more of them) are better informed about better parenting methods like positive discipline. My mom said she wishes she had heard of such things back then bc she regrets a lot of things she did and how she handled things
