No. It dries out my skin too badly if I do. I take one every other day.

I scrub up every day, but I don't take a shower everyday.

Mostly every day but only because I do cardio every day. If I didn't work out everyday I probably wound't take a shower everyday, more like every other day.

You just wash the stinky parts ;) usually at the sink with a washcloth.
