No but I did go to thrift shops for clothes

Yes but mostly bought new. After 6 years of ttc I got a little excited. -
Yes our friends son was 8 months older so we got a lot of baby clothes from them.

I didn't. I didn't know anyone who had kids. DS is seven and the closest person in my family (on my dad's side, whicch are the only ones I speak with) to his age is 18.

now my second baby I had handme downs... from a friend BOY I was so happy to get them. I had enough to clothe her for a year!

Nope. Everything was brand new. Looking back it was a complete waste of $$ buying new. They grow out of it so fast.
At least our friends got the benefit of our barely used items when they had children.
