    soup makes a ton.  plus you can freeze it...

     beef stew also makes a ton and is good freezed!

    Zatarains rice mixes and sausage or chicken mixed in makes a meal

    Spanish Rice mixes and chicken or pork mixed in (get boneless porkchops, cook normal, then cut up and throw into rice)

    Tacos

    pasta and meatballs

    grilled ham and cheese with soup

    salads with chicken or steak as the protein

    mac and cheese with hamburger meat or chicken cutlet thrown in.....
