even better, we do all the driving and BM doesn't drive her ass anywhere. she lives 11 miles away. it irritates me but it irritates me equally at SO because its not CO'd that he do all the driving yet he does.
maybe it's time to tell BM to start helping with drop offs/pick-ups. My skids are almost always with us during the week, so BM drives to pick them up from us after work. In fact, we rarely ever have to drive them over to her place. The way we work it is, if she asks us to cover her, she has to do all the driving to pick-up/drop off the kids. If we ask her to cover us (which is rarely) we take care of the driving. The skids go to school in the district DH & I live in so BM is pretty much doing most of the driving.
Yikes! I hope that's not nationwide! I didn't fill up last week when I had 3/4 tank and now I'm down to 1/2 gallon. In a 40+ gallon tank. Plus next week I will doing 2 2 hour drives one way, for a total of at least 8 hours on the road next week. I get good gas mileage for my truck but I hate filling it when I have so much driving to do.
well SO ends up getting them because he picks them up from daycare and he takes them back in the morning to school/daycare so it kinda cuts her out. when she asks for us to take them, he picks them up from practice but if theres no practice he will make her drop them off.
Ours actually went down ten cents this weeks. However there is apparently a helium shortage and I'm having dd3 birthday party Saturday so no balloons :(
Helium is running out, soon there will be no more......at all. Can you think of a world without balloon bouquets. Some of the stores here no longer have ballons, others do. I imagine it depends on how well stocked they were before and if they are able to get more.
But you have to stop and think of how stupid we have been to waste it on things like birthday balloons. Once it is gone, it is gone.
Okay, I feel better. I needed to run into town (well kind of, we have a nice mall on the outskirts so I went there). The gas stations near me a few cents cheaper then they were last I checked. In town, they're generally 10 cents cheaper then they are near our house. I need to remember to fill up when I am in town tomorrow for a festival.
