Just for fun What's your favorite animal
July 29, 2013 at 7:23 PM

My kids ask me random questions like this all the time.

My favorite animal is the sometimes majestic Malaysian Sun Bear.

Oh hey look, he's got something on his belly

Say "AHHHH!!!"

Elephants.  I love that the females take care of their and others young.  The all grieve for one of the family.  I find them fascinating in the wild, not in a circus.

I can't stand it when they grieve! I love elephants too. I do have a big soft spot for giraffes as well. When I was a kid we went to a local wildlife park that let you feed them (which was cool) and one licked this guy. It was so gross & I have loved them ever since

Giraffes and Elephants.  I just think Elephants are facinating and Giraffes are beautiful.  I could watch one walk around all day

I love animals in general but if I had to choose it would be between dolphins and whales and the okapi.

Tie between cats .... All cats, my tiny lions and big big cats a cougar and Bobcat rank high ... But I think llamas are awesome, too. Don't care that they are buck toothed and spit! HAH!
The fact the a farmer with cattle can add a llama to his herd and it acts as a watchdog and goes after coyotes or wolves ..., just fearless!!!
