Here is our first day this year when Pumpernickel showed up last night..we found him when we arrived home from out Thanksgiving travels.

Here he is today, babysitting for the doll house family. I used pic monkey to play with and edit the picture into a snowy scene.

my SO said no to the elf, lol, says he is too creepy!

LOL. my dh helped come up with ideas last year. His idea was to tp my son's room with the elf caught in the tp...it was priceless. LOL. We have so much fun with it. Some people do think it is creepy, I don't know why since we know it is us doing it and all. My kids LOVE IT. Even my 12 year old loves it.
